The tracks unlock automatically when you get better at the game. Upgrade your boarder as often as possible to help your improvement.

Most track only require that you complete 4 out of 5 of the objective in the previous track to unlock. Some of the later tracks though will require that you spend a couple of thousand in EXP point to unlock though. EXP is earned at the end of every session or can be purchased through IAP bundles.
I suggest you get the double EXP generator as it's cheap (only 2$) and totally worthwhile.
