I was wondering the same thing but I think you might have to pay 2 snoopy dollars.

I believe you have to purchase the band members separately for 25 snoopy dollars each. At least it gives you some coins and XP every four hours. =/

Because you need to get all of the band members before you watch it everyday in the sale section you will find a new band member until you find them all. I hope that helps.
