How do you paint pictures, my to do list tells me to paint ten pictures. Also my baseball trading card set is complete and my to do list still has me at 33% please help

You need to have A snoopy that has the painter outfit. The picture frame pops up instead of the leaves. If you do not have the painter outfit you can visit a featured or random fair that has a snoopy in the painters outfit and tap on the frames there and it will count for your task list.
