Lucky smurfs game will reward with a various number of things that appear in your menu for coin or smurf berries, some that isn't offered also. All his rewards are mostly for the Xp such as baskets, buckets, flowers, and so on. You do not have to keep it all, but I would place item in village somewhere before trashing it, that way you receive your Xp points. After setting you can keep for decoration or toss
