I can not get the light armor to load onto the plane. I see the green circle with the white arrow but have been able to figure out how to use it.

If it can help someone :
* first, there seems to be only 4 unit types loadable : "artillery" "special forces" "spy" and "light armor".
* then you need to use the transportation aircraft like a vessel (ie. Move it to an adjacent position to the unit you want to load it to).
* Take your unit to the place where the transport aircraft is. As you said, the green circle will feature a white arrow and a plane. The unit should load on the plane.
* But apparently you can "transport" only one unit (or type of unit ?) at a time !
* You disembark your unit the same way you do with a vessel.
