Freezing, deleting rides etc

I had my park built for quite sometime . I had everything in it. Now things freeze, the game shuts down, I build things and the next day they are gone. My janitors go out to clean when they get to the first spot, they clean it, but then they are frozen their. They never move again. My grass is now brown, garbage is everywhere. I contacted RCT. Customer support, they advised me to delete the game and re install. They also said I wouldn't lose my game that I had already built and that I would keep all my money and tickets as well. Well guess what , my game is gone. Totally hate it. Does anyone know how to retreive it. If not I'm done. I won't start a new one not knowing if this will happen again. Too many hours in this game for all that.

Mine did the same thing so I deleted it. So many hours making my park the way I wanted it to lose out on all my hard work and hours. It is addictive but when you sit and lose the stuff you work so hard for it is very upsetting
