It sasays to build a splash pool after building a steep decline on your coaster and I'm not sure what they mean by that

On some of the coasters you can add things to the tracks like photos or in this case a slash pool. As your building create a steep drop. At the end of the drop make a small straight away. Then go back and click on the straight section. A new button will be clickable on the bottom right. From there you can add the splash pool.
When you are done making a roller coaster you will see a button that says "Add-Ons". Click it and you will see a splash pool you can add.
