I must build an enchainting fairytale house but I don't now how

All you have to do is go to build and it's under decorations and it's 20,000 coins.
Go to 'build' in the bottom left hand corner, then click on decorations. Click on 'other' scroll along and it's called "fairy house" priced at 20000 coins :-)
I set a rounded fountain next to the octopus ride as asked in my goals it only said 'water decoration' and I've moved it all around but haven't unlocked my goals from it :(
Have built a path between roller coasters but it won't complete the task ???? Please help
