Why do my customers walk in, are unhappy, and leave?

I have 2 doors to my restaurant. My customers used to use both doors. Now they walk in one door, are unhappy, and leave. Nothing is blocking the door. Any ideas why? Thanks.

How
Guest answered:

If you don't have any seats available or any food prepared. Guests won't wait for a seat if all your tables are full and they only wait for food for 2 seconds, so make sure you have plenty of tables and food prepared. If you can't have food ready, then block your door with an item to "close" your restaurant to avoid frowny faces.

If you don't have any food prepared, your customers will be unhappy. If you don't have any seats, they'll also be unhappy. If that's not why, contact TeamLava (if you can).

FACT:
From the Help section Menu in your Bakery: FAQ...
1. There is no prepared food or drinks for customers to consume.
2. There are not enough tables with chairs. (You only need 27 for happy customers).
3. The pathway to tables is blocked by counter or decoration.
