Celebrities will sponsor fish and visit them in the sanctuary. After you see the box that says the celebrity is visiting, take a picture (you cannot see the celebrity). If you are away from the game, you will see a box that says the celeb is visiting, and then another one that says they left, so try to stick around while your sponsored fish is there. Note that you also get the celeb on your wall of fame.
