Play arcade and career to earn money then go to the gym and play the mini games to upgrade your boxer until it's 100 at each and beating the bosses in arcade will give you gloves shoes and shorts with added strength speed stamina
The quickest way to get your fighter to 100% is racking up coins in the Arcade CyberShock Mode you can play this multpile times and you gain all the bosses equipment when defeated
