When challenging someone.. How can you place a bet...?

It is possible to bet when you're the challenger. However, this is if- and ONLY IF - the defender makes a bet first. S/He has the options to A) Chicken out; B) Make a bet, or C) Start the race. If they choose B, you have the same options, except you can't lower the bet. Keep in mind that if you chicken out, you lose the amount of the last bet!

The player that you challenge you can only bet if the other player bets,you can raise bet or chicken out! Your welcome!
