Okay I raced him he won my car and he said if I wanted to trade or buy it from him that I can so we were going to trade so I said okay and he toke one other car and said he would let me win the next race then he toke the next car I want my cars back he lied

That sucks man, don't trust people, there's no way to get your cars back and racing rivals even warns that car trades are not supported. ..
