I don't know how to get health. It says that it's all the way down for all my animals(in the red) so none of them can be adopted. I don't know how to take my animals to the vet, or take care of their medical needs. Also, I don't know how to play with my hamsters and guinea pigs.

Different ways to bring the health of the animal up are: feeding, brushing/petting, keeping pens clean, filling water, letting them outside (if that's an option), and MOST OF ALL you need to tap on the magnifying glass when you first get them and choose what needs to be done. Hope that helped :~)
Press the magnifying glass. Then, the game will say symptoms of their sickness and you choose the best answer out if three. Then, the health will go up to yellow. The only way to play with your hamsters and guinea pigs is to press the heart by the yellow arrow in the bottom right corner and rub their back.
