How do I see my status,do goals or put my pets up for adoption I paid four dollars on this game and I just wanna know how to use it

To put your pets up for adoption you need to press the thing that looks like a clipboard on the left hand side and this description of what the person wants and then you tap on the pet the you think is the correct option and it will ask you if you want to proceed the adoption and you click the check mark and then you are done
