To be honest I never had that problem with the game. I never knew anyone who had it too. There must be something wroung with the game. You might need to try to re download it and see what happens. Or if you mean bye no animal can be adopted then you might need to take better care of the animals. If they can't get adopted and there health is possibly on red or yellow and you examined it sometimes the animals cannot be adopted if they are being examined. They automatically be examined once you picked the right diagnoses.
