I was playing the game and it went to were it show's your apps and I went back to the game an pressed start and were I had my thing it said empty and I went on it and I had everything but my animals!!!

That happened to me as we'll. I just ended up restarting the game. It happened to my friend, and she said she just double clicked on her home button, closed the app, restarted it, and it worked.
