How do I collect materials for building when they are in the sh

I have been playing for a while and have a lot of the upgrades. The thing is they just added so I can rebuild the village. The fish I need to build one of them are in shallow water and I can't seem to make it from the deep to shallow without filling my hook. Is there a trick to gettting to the shallows to collect these fish?

Just change your settings from how far your weight goes does

Before you cast your line and the ninja is sitting in the boat, at the bottom of the screen you'll see a depth meter with arrows. Just adjust to a lower depth level.

You'll need to buy and select the "rubber ducky" or "toy" boat under the "buy boats" menu. It doesn't matter what sea you fish in, as long as you catch a treasure chest. The teddy bear is a fairly low star treasure (two star, I think), so you don't even need a very deep sea to fish in.

You can change your weight at the bottom of the screen and choose a Low one
