Question for Ninja Fishing

How do you get the tresure? I keep opening chests and see the tresure but I go to the tresure menu and they are all still blacked out. I don't know if it's a glitch or what. Please help

To collect a treasure, not only do you need to bring a treasure box up from the water and slash it until the treasure box opens up, you also need to slash the treasure that comes out of the treasure box. Once you've destroyed the new treasure, it displays the message that you've gotten a treasure along with adding to your total cash for the round. Then, if it's a new treasure, it shows up in the "New Fish Found" space of the results page and can be viewed in the Treasures page.

You have to slice the treasure just like you sliced the treasure chest
