To the responder who said they (legendary treasures) are not in shipwreck cove, I am afraid you are posibly wrong. I happen to have all the treasures but the legendary and it would appear they are both 'five star'. Although I might be wrong, but after fishing numerous times on shipwreck cove I have not found any legendary treasure, so I would expect they are either coming in a future update ,or, if you have noticed if you get deep enough in shipwreck cove you will find a can that has a bronze label and a nuke symbol. If you are lucky and find the treasure after that it will be a can the same as the first but with a silver label. I haven't gotten any further than the silver but I would expect a gold then a legendary treasure. But it might just be at the very bottom of shipwreck cove. So I would fish there if I were you.
