I have seen and used the clock changing cheat to make the drinks faster.
It all works fine, but only if I keep the date the same and just move forward a few hours. If I try to make a 2 day mixing drink and skip 2 days ahead, when I enter back in to the game the drinks are ready but before I get to click on them to serve them they disappear, and it states 2 days to completion again.
Is anyone else having this problem, and if so how did you get around this?

The only way to get around this is if you back to date again and go 2days forwa again until it works (remember you have to be quick to click on the made drinks or they dissapear again)
