I got to level 40 and now you get gain levels anymore. What happend? Arnt I getting higher in levels I keep growing fungi and my normal log is 100 % done. Help me please.

This means thats as far as the log goes, you need to buy the high quality log to continue!
You need to complete the mission to update your log and then it can grow to level 60, see lab request in the game and check what's the goal. For me that was grow up 3 Normal 12 on the log
