Question for Monster Pet Shop

I won an free incubator booster at the ticket wheel but I can't find it!! Did I get scammed??? Where is it???

Go to egg store and scroll until u see the incubator for sale. It should say you have 1 in stock and just take it out

I bought an incubator buster but it doesnt work! I pay and pay but nothing, the the incubating time is always the same...
