You know where the booklet to call costumers is well go to the list and click on the egg and you will be brang to the hatchery you may have to use berries to find your pets if they run away I hope this was helpfull category: grass sign is for grass monster dirt is for dirt monsters and water drop is for water monsters
The requested egg is under the tab that has the cash register with people next to it, found next to the active requests tab; call customer booklet. There you can click accept egg, which places it into the appropriate habitat. You should know what to do from there.
