I moved one of my monsters to the featured monsters section, but now I want to sell it. I can't figure out how to move it back. Help please!

You need an empty cage in the shop (exactly for this pet). Then hold your finger on the pet you want to move and choose the "box with the arrow". The rest is easy, I think.

You go the featured monster section, and put your finger on the monster and HOLD then the pop up thing comes out and you sell it, unless you're selling into a person.
If that is the case, havean empty habitat available, go to the featured monster section, press and hold, and press 'move'
