Question for Monopoly Hotels

How do put a decoration in my hotel I can't get rid of it and it's really annoying me! Somebody please help!

Tap settings and then click inventory and you can double tap to move it to your inventory

I had a similar situation. No matter how much I tapped on my screen, I couldn't inventory the decorations on one side of my motels. Until, I flipped my phone the opposite side and rotated the game. ;)
