Question for Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation

How do I get pass the fireing range in campaign? I have already tried using all of the ammo and it will mot allow me to jump over the wall.

I don't think that this is a level that you pass since you unlock it after the credits are show it's probably just something the makers added for fun.
