You first have to own a jailbroken iPad, but very little part of the mods are available for iPad. I suggest doing it on an Android phone/tablet and download blocklauncher from the Play Store.

To heal a wolf you need to feed it steak beef porkchops or chicken rotten flesh to tame one you need to give it a bone
