you can get a mod loader for 0.9.x but u need jailbreak. look it up on youtube

You said "jailbreak", which means you have Android. And I'm here to tell you that mod scripts are only for Android, as iOS doesn't support JavaScript. Also, you can't get mods on iOS WITHOUT jailbreak because Apple doesn't allow the modification of their apps.
