I can't get to the nether in Minecraft Pocket Edition

You can't use the nether reactor, in creative

You can not travel to the nether in pocket edition as they had problems with the code when they tried to make it but instead you can make the nether reactor to get the Items that would be found in the nether eg. Nether rack, glowstone dust etc.

You can't go to the nether. It only works for the pc and Xbox. It might be added in a future update. But, it would take time. They have to get so much things. It's practically making a new minecraft game with more things to add.

Well, you can't make a nether portal in PE, but you can activate the nether core reactor and a huge 7x17x17 hollow block of nether rack will pop up and Items will just spawn from it. Zombie pigment will also spawn!

Just tap the Nether Reactor instead of holding it down, pretend to "place" the sword (you're not really) instead of holding down the screen.

You can make a Nether Portal in Minecraft PE Survival, but not in Creative. Also, don't hold down on the Nether Reactor Core, just tap it.

You are suppose to use flint and steel to activate it but if you use flint and steel on the blocks then it will just set it on fire. In pe you need to use a nether reactor. Even though you are not in the nether it still looks like it and you still get the blocks. In order to get out of the nether reactor dig down.

You can't be in creative while hitting the nether core reactor

A nether portal is made from obsidian and flint and steel. A Nether reactor causes blocks from the nether to spawn. To build a nether portal 4 blocks of obsidian on the bottom and top and the sides are 5 blocks tall then you take flint and steel and light the bottom blocks.
