I have 50 worlds and there all gone cause I accidently deleted m

My mansion diamonds my iron and gold it's all gone and my massive city is just gone and arsenal fc badge is please help me it's the worst day of my life.

Unfortunately, you can't get your worlds back after they're deleted. I'm sorry.
