Can you get different colored wood

I can't get any different colors of wood is there any

You can get spruce, birch, and oak wood logs. But you can only get oak planks.

I think you supposed to get a cauldron, put water in it, dye the water, then grab your plank and dye it by tapping the cauldron

I honestly don’t know. I tried doing a cauldron and dye but that doesn’t work. I don’t think you can dye wood in mcpe.
