You can't - doesn't work that way. With Minecraft your game can only connect to another of the same version of the game.

You can use Minechat. This app does not allow you to physically move or be able to see anything but you can still talk to your friends on PC servers from your mobile device.

There's an app there's an app called "splashtop" and it lets you control your computer and play computer games on it. It's $5.
