Villagers have not been added to the Pocket Edition, and Monsters aren't supposed to spawn in Creative Mode.

If you want spawn eggs in survival go to emendoMC (to get that you need jailbreak for IOS) add in your inventory 383 14 13 12 11 there's cows chickens pigs sheeps
