Um capture it wait for 5 or10 minutes and then it will follow you around maybe name it and it won't blow up and attack others but once your creepper blows up you can't respawn it.it may not work I've never ever tried it so good luck!!!!!

There are no commands in PE and therefore you can't have a pet creeper. Although there is a command to get it in PC

I am SO MAD That you can't tame em >:(. Thats okay tho you can tame dogs and cats in minecraft and ender man (enderfriend) it works for me

From what I know you can't tame a creeper . They simply explode In your face and rescan in another part of MINECRAFT .

Easy just put it on creative mode and all creepers are tamed they won't attack you even if you accidentally bump into them... With your sword.
