So far, there is no flint&steel in creative mode. Therefor, you cannot ignite TNT unfortunately. It's really stupid if you ask me. I want to TNT explode!!!!

You can not explode TNT in creative mode.
Survival mode is the only place you can explode TNT.
( For pocket edition)

You just tap on it with flint and steel and it will explode.
