I have been experiencing these problems as well. My solution is to break the furnace, take your stuff, and put the furnace back. Hope this helps!

Its just a tiny bug that Mojang has to fix. They reported that they will fix it and make a new update in around 1 week.

I have no idea. I'm having the same problem. I'm pretty sure that mojang will fix the bug.
