Question for Minecraft: Pocket Edition

Irecently found diamonds! I was over joyed, then I realized it took a long time to mine,... Then the block broke! I was givin nothing! Minecraft PE is not being fair... (I mined it with a stone pickaxe!)

Sorry dude but you have to use an Iron Pickaxe; go to the minecraft wiki to search more about the iron pickaxe and how to make it. Happy Mining!

Yeah. U need some sticks and some iron and a craft table. Also, if you want to mine redstone for some reason (you don't get anything from it) you need a gold or diamond or iron pick. One of the only stoney materials you can mine with a stone pick is, coincidently stone. U can obviously mine other things with it but if it takes ages stop before it finishes coz you won't get anything.
