Herobine is impossible too find in the latest update he used to be easy to find until minecraft took out the glitch because too many people were dieing.

First of all do this seed: HEROBRINE Get the MineCraft: Pocket Edition Multiplayer app dig a mine down in the ground. Kill everybody, make sure they do not respawn, shut down the server, then wait a minute, go into the mine, and you should see Herobrine.
That is how I saw him.
I am not advertising that is exactly what happened so, yeah.
