If I delete minecraft, do my worlds get deleted as well?

Your worlds will not be deleted if they are saved into the save data cloud, meaning that you are connected to a Microsoft account. Make sure you are connected to your Microsoft account before deleting the game, otherwise your data will be saved offline or locally and you will lose your worlds. I also recommend backing up all your data on a separate device just to be safe
