On mine craft pocket edition 0.1.6 how do you eat food on survival mode even if for some reason there is not a hunger bar.

Hold the food in your hand and then hold your finger on the screen as if you are trying to destroy a block with it. This will make stevie eat the food and will restore a number of hearts.

When you eat, it refills your health on Minecraft PE version. Just hold food in your hand, look at the air without a block in the way, and hold down the screen to start eating.
