On creative there is no day and night cycle yet. There are also no commands on pe, which you would use to manually change the time of day whether on survival or creative.

Dang it doesn't even work
Guest answered:

All you have to do is goo too the command and type in /change time > day (of night

Kino Bacaltos-Imsure1200q answered:

The Command/time set Does Not Work In These Days. Maybe It'll Be Released In 0.16.0. This Is A Reason Why Command Blocks Are Not Yet Added. If There Are No Command Blocks, It May Be A Sign That There Are No Commands.

Now, The Only Way Yet To Set Time Is To Use MCPE Master, Not BlockLauncher.

I Also Hope There Is Commands, But Be Patient.
Thank You!

You have to use a app called Pocket Inv Editor. Download it on google play :D

don't worry! If you're in creative, you're now able to sleep. So don't freak out and just press on the bed! (don't know if that works)
