How do you explode TNT in creative if you don't have flint and steal. I am talking about the new version 0.5.0

You cannot use TNT in 0.5.0 alpha in creative yet, maybe it will be in an updates soon. Sorry!

Go to inventory and hit flint and steel in the iron sword section

Well, 0.5.0 is not the new version. Right now, 0.10.4 is. 0.10.0 allows you to light TNT with flint and steel, because in creative mode since 0.10.0, we can have flint and steel in creative mode.
