Question for Minecraft: Pocket Edition

I just got minecraft PE on my ipad 2 but I can't find anything to do but make pyramid-shaped houses. Does anybody know anything fun to do in mincraft PE? I also need to know how to gather food like pork and bread and how to make an oven.

Please help me!

To gather pork kill pigs and to get bread you till the ground and seeds will pop out next plant the seeds and wait and use bone meal. You need 3 pieces of wheat to make bread
