I'm not really sure if you can spawn sheep but I think within 20 minecraft days new Animals will spawn. It's could be any animal, but you could get a sheep.

I just wanna know soon, too! I have a zoo and I need five more Animals for it!!! I'm charging 1 iron an animal and I'm not making much of a profit!!!!

You can't spawn sheeps in pocket edition you only can in xbox and computer
