How do you get diamonds?

You have to mine it with a iron pickaxe.

Step one: Mine stone with a wooden pickaxe. Simple!
Step two: Assuming your Crafting table is near, craft two stone pickaxes. You'll want two because they wear out.
Step three: Find and mine iron.
Step four: Smelt the iron in a furnace, if your version has a furnace. Note that furnaces require a wood product (I.e. Wood, fences, doors, planks, etc) or coal as fuel. Better get choppin'!
Step five: Craft your iron pickaxe and mine away! Enjoy!

In order mine and collect diamond, you need a diamond or a iron pick-axe to mine it

Use your Crafting table to make 2 stone pickaxes then mine down until you find some iron collect the iron then smelt it in a furnace then use the iron to make an iron pickaxe then you can use that to mine your diamond hope this helped

Yu have to have a iron pickaxe in order to diamond man it's the only way I'm tryin other ways as well but don't use a wood pick axe for diamond you wont get crap only iron pikaxes anaybe stone pikaxes as well

Wooden pickax es don't mine very much they only mine stone really the you need a furnace sticks and some iron and then melt it after that you will be able to have a iron pickaxe and that will mine gold and diamonds for you

You need an iron pick axe wood is only good for rocks , gravel dirt and sand

Dimond is only mined with iron

Step one: get nine diamonds
Step two: make a diamond block
Step three: place it
Step four: exit out of game
Step five: go to recent games and delete minecraft from it.
Step six: go back in and select your game
When you get in you should see another In your inventory and you should see it on the ground. Do that over and over and you will have unlimited diamonds

If you want Diamonds you need to mine them with a iron pickaxe

Never use gold pickaxe to mine stuff it sucks because if you mine dimonds with it you will get nothing so to get dimonds you need to have a iron
