Sorry but you can't get other Mobs but I Don't know if you can get other skins or mods.

If you use a lot of stuff like jailbreak that will probably break you're device with viruses bu it might notor you can connect it to a pc which kind of is tricky .
You can do dis to get skins/mods in mc pe
