Sadly no.. It takes time but keep playing the game and finishing tasks to earn not only more cash but megabuck's as well
You can on one site(gamecodes) write Megapolis. Enter your OS, coins (enter number what you wish ie. 999999) , megabucks (too enter number what you wish) and done.
