How can I make my city bigger? I have a lot of money and I can't build anything because I don't have any space, I'm on 12th level. Please help!!!

You need to spend megabux on expansions to make the city bigger it's on the menu and to get megabux either pay for them like an honest citizen or find an illegal way to do it.
Try downloading a megapolis megabucks and coins generator for your system. That worked for me, I'm on the 16th level and I have 800 megabucks. So for that I expanded my city from 15x15 to 21x21.
