I believe that you mean that the level is only at 80. If this is the case, you have to beat the game by placing the infinity blade in the altar in the basement (you cannot do this in negative bloodlines), defeat the three deathless, the Zero Mech, then defeat your ancestor. You are the offered the chance to either continue to the next bloodline or start a NewGame+. Starting a NewGame+ makes you lose your non-purchased gold and all items, but you do not lose your Xp and can master items again. Fair warning: Enemies in the NewGame+ will have their levels up by AT LEAST 50, AND you're stuck with that cheapy sword and shield. Good stat point distribution helps loads.
